I think this one is from the Home Viewer Showcase week based on the prize suppliers listed in the credits (London Motors Corporation, Martin Cadillac).

If that's the case, 11/11 and 11/14 are ruled out as these two episodes didn't have any DSWs.

Looking at the companies noted in the closing credits, it appears that two or three multiple-prize games were played that day. Only two of them are groceries.
